This Brantford bathroom faucet provides aerated flow for everyday use, and has a three-hole, 4-inch centerset design for easy installation. Other features include a metal pop-up waste assembly and 1224 cartridge design. Water flow is limited to a maximum of 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) at 60 PSI.

This Moen bathroom faucet is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against leaks, drips and finish defects to the original consumer purchaser. For commercial installations, it's backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
